SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed on ndnstore.xyz are processed Monday-Friday and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase. Excluding major holidays and weekends. From time to time there are certain days or weeks where processing is slower than usual due to different circumstances. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. We cannot make any updates to your order once tracking has been generated. 

If you select expedited shipping, this shipping method will not go into effect until your package has been picked up by the courier.

Once an order leaves our fulfillment center, the courier service becomes responsible for the delivery. 

Please make sure your Shipping Address is correct before placing your order. If your package is returned to our shipping facility by UPS due to an incorrect/invalid address, your order will be automatically restocked.

If a shipping method without signature requirement is selected, we cannot authorize a stolen package claim.

If a stolen package claim is filed and approved/paid by UPS, we can only authorize a Store Credit or replacement if available. Refunds will not be issued.

Flat Rate: DHL Express $30 USD

 
INTERNATIONAL ORDER PROCESSING, DUTIES AND TAXES

Please note we cannot make any address changes or updates to international order once they have been placed, even if tracking has not been generated. 

International orders will be subject to:

  • The stated fees at the time of checkout which includes Customs duties/taxes. (Duties and taxes are non-refundable)
  • The payment of stated fees at the time of checkout (Customs duties/taxes)
 
LOST IN TRANSIT

If there are no updates on your tracking number for a minimum of 20 days (domestic) or 30 days (international), please email store@ndncollective.org with your order number in the subject line. Depending on product availability we may be able to replace your order or provide store credit dependent on specific situations.
